- HTHayley TrumpeterSep 21, 20261.0recieved an e-receipt from this store when i was never at the shop, i was actually work elsewhere. got in contact as i was worried my details were being passed out after using their wifi and was told no details could be passed on to me even though my details have clearly been passed on somewhere. no help, left feeling anxious that my details are somewhere when i didn’t even shop there.
- BRBaran RajuSep 2, 20264.0Customer service was very nice. Sales person was very calm and composed. She kept showing us the glasses we asked for and ensured that the customer get what they want for. Sales went smooth with the offers provided.

- JMJ MorrisonAug 20, 20265.0Bought a new pair of Ray ban sunglasses here today. Excellent customer service from Lewis. Thank you.
- JGJo GieseJul 31, 20261.0Tried to return ray-bans ordered online as I received the wrong model. Shop refused flatly to accept the return, despite the sunglass hut web site stating that returns for online orders can be handed into any store. Wasted journey, so sunglass hut now disappointed me twice. At least it’s a consistent experience, strongly advise not to deal with sunglass hut online.
