I haven't been prompted to write a shining review in ages but the guys you have on your counter today (30/04/2026 @ 2pm in WestQuay), are one hell of a credit to your team. Probably the first experience I've had with customer service in ages that was so pleasant, easy going and genuinely so kind.. and I didn't even buy anything. My Ray Bans were super out of shape and they were loose on my face. I took a punt and cheekily asked if they were able to tighten them or fix them up a bit for me and honestly both men were brilliant. Thank you. I love my sunglasses but I didn't realise how badly I neglected them until the gentlemen gave them a bit of TLC for me. My husband is incredibly jealous and I reckon he plans to haul us back in the hopes they can work their magic on his too. They did this free of charge, but they have a charity they support for people in need that can't afford glasses so we paid a small token amount towards that! Thanks guys!
